An easy way to share video and images online!

The Jing Project is all about how to share images and video online in a more fluent way. Instead of typing endlessly to a person, you can instantly show that person what’s on your screen by selecting a certain area you would like to share. It is straightforward and is one of the easiest ways to grab and share screenshots and videos straight from the computer. Copying, saving, and sharing is what Jing Project is all about.
When I first downloaded Jing Project, it gave me the opportunity to help improve Jing Project by accepting a pop up asking me if I would be able to allow Jing to share captures. Also, it shows new users a quick video or tutorial to help users get started.
It is very essential for students to try this Jing Project out. Jing really helps when it comes to presentation of images. As a teacher, I would like to comment verbally on students’ homework, assignments, essays, etc, and Jing Project can do that. For example, when a student sends me their essay, I can screen shot on the mistakes the student made and comment on it by highlighting, inserting comments, and I can even record my voice. When I verbally comment on that student’s assignment, I can give positive feedback or praise which will in return make the student feel good about themselves and raise their self-esteem to continue on doing good work.
The thing I didn’t like about this program is that if I accidently press cancel, it doesn’t give me a pop up or option asking whether or not I am sure if I do not want to save the work I did. Once I pressed cancel, the work I did is all gone. The good thing I liked about Jing Project is that once I save a file onto my hard drive, I can embed the file which can be viewed to anyone using a URL provided.
Jing Project is user friendly because it is so easy to share images and screenshots. It does not change the quality of the screenshots and when you record your voice, your voice is clear. You can easily record on a selected part of your desktop and viewers would still be able to read the text on the screenshot and hear you clearly. I definitely recommend users to give Jing Project a try!
